iTown@SG

iTown@SG is an initiative by the Town Councils to connect with the residents. It is a free mobile application that allows the residents to share any maintenance feedback immediately to the respective town councils via their mobile devices.

In the submission, the residents can also choose to snap a photo on the spot or upload a picture from the gallery for illustration purposes.

Co-designed and co-developed by the School of Engineering, Nanyang Polytechnic, Surbana and the participating Town Councils, the key features of iTown@SG are as follows:

- Snap a photo of the maintenance feedback and submit to iTown@SG. The application will automatically route the feedback to the respective town councils for follow up.

- View your submitted feedbacks' status via iTown@SG. The town council officer will promptly update the status to keep the residents in the loop.

- View the latest news and galleries on their Town Council via iTown@SG.

To start using the application, simply download the app into your Android device. Provide your contact details and start using iTown@SG.

iTown @ SG هو مبادرة من قبل مجالس المدن للتواصل مع السكان. ذلك هو حر تطبيق المتنقلة التي تسمح للسكان لتبادل أي ردود فعل الصيانة على الفور إلى مجالس المدن المعنية عبر أجهزتهم النقالة.

في التقديم، ويمكن للمقيمين أيضا اختيار لالتقاط صورة على الفور أو تحميل صورة من الصور لأغراض التوضيح.

التصميم المشترك وشارك في وضعها من قبل كلية الهندسة، نانيانغ البوليتكنيك، Surbana ومجالس المدن المشاركة، والملامح الرئيسية iTown @ SG هي كما يلي:

- التقط صورة من ردود الفعل صيانة ويقدم إلى iTown @ SG. وسيؤدي تطبيق المسار تلقائيا ردود الفعل إلى المجالس البلدية المعنية لمتابعة.

- عرض الوضع ردودكم المقدمة 'عبر iTown @ SG. سوف الضابط مجلس بلدة تحديث فورا بمركز للحفاظ على المقيمين في الحلقة.

- لعرض أحدث الأخبار ومعارض على مجلس مدينتهم عبر iTown @ SG.
